Where does Beautysession ship if I purchase from your online store?

We currently ship within the 50 states. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will experience longer delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

Shipping rates

Any orders $150+ ships free otherwise there's a $7 flat rate for all purchases when shipped within the 50 US states.

When will my order ship?

We process your order within 2-7 business days and USPS will take it from there. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

I’m having trouble tracking my order!

USPS takes 1-2 business days to register your tracking number and shipment status. Please email orders.beautysessionpdx@gmail.com after checking your email confirmation.

What if my shipping info was entered incorrectly?

Reach out via email as soon as possible at orders.beautysessionpdx@gmail.com and we will get that updated for you if possible.

How do I retrieve my in-store pick up?

You'll receive either an email or text message depending on what form of contact you prefer with information on pick up times available for the week at Beautysession 130 NE 3rd Ave. Portland, OR 97232. We do not have a receptionist and you will be greeted and directed to pick up area upon arrival.
