What we're asking of our clients:
Complete all paperwork prior to booking.
For new clients, this will be taken care of during the online booking process. There's nothing more to complete. Note to existing clients: please fill new paperwork by booking "EXISTING CLIENT" online.
Sanitize hands upon entry.
Please us the hand sanitizer provided upon entrance into the salon.
You are welcome to wash hands in the restroom after hand sanitizer if you feel inclined.
Keep your hands clean in the salon.
Please no use of electronic devices during your time at beautysession.
Wear a face covering at all times in the salon.
Our supply is low so please come prepared! Depending on our supply, we may be able to sell you one.
(Your face covering may be temporarily removed for some services, like lip waxing.)
Stay in your car until a few minutes before your appointment.
This assures there's no congregating, which is specifically prohibited according to the governor's orders.
What we're doing differently
We're wearing masks at all times.
Staff will be in either medical-grade masks or double-lined cloth masks that are washed regularly.
We're now a cash, card, and touchscreen-free environment.
We will be going completely electronic. All fees will be charged during the booking process or charged to a card on file upon service completion. We are also no longer accepting gratuity. If you decide to take some product home with you, those can be charged to a card on file.
We're changing smocks between each client.
Rather than using disposable smocks/gowns for one-time use, we are still trying to keep our waste to a minimum so we will be in washable smocks.
Extra steps we're taking.
All surfaces will be cleaned with high level disinfectant and utilizing an EPA registered UV sterilizer for all implements.
(These additional step is why our 30 minute Brow Sessions are now 45-60 minutes.)
